• MAMP: How to install Memcached?

  Hi Guys, I have tried to install memcached in MAMP - Snow Leopard 10.6.2 using this tutorial: Setup a Memcached-Enabled MAMP Sandbox Environment I finished with no errors the first to the last step: Bonus Section: Start and Stop Memcache with MAMP After that I restarted my MAMP widget in the dashboard and checked by phpinfo but the memcached extension is not there. Do you guys successfully installed memcached in your MAMP or do you know any other way on how to make it work? Thanks in advance :)

• Show both routers SSID with Wireless bridge [closed]

  I have two router 'GVT-1' (the main router) and 'GVT-2' (the second router), this seconds router is used as a repeater only, so I setup a wireless bridge but after I did that it only show 'GVT-2' and if I go closer the 'GVT-1' the signal gets weak cause I'm far from the second router. What I wish is to had the same connection with a wide signal, there's something that I cand do about it ? Thanks.

I have options between say 32GB Memory for 2 CPUs, DDR3, 1066MHz (8x4GB Dual Ranked RDIMMs) and 36GB Memory for 2 CPUs, DDR3, 1066MHz (18x2GB Dual Ranked RDIMMs) Both at the same price.   Hi there, I have got Intel 8400 processor installed on a DG31PR board. My board gets hot quite quickly and the temperature hovers around 50-65 C at normal load. • What's with all the mailing archives?

  When I google for certain questions, or problems I run into I would sometimes run into 'archive' sites - these sites contain forum questions or information from other sites that are extremely poorly formatted, and are copies of the well formatted original posts from various forums. An example of one of those sites in mail-archive.com and various similar sites. Can anybody explain to me why those sites exist and how come they don't get banned from Google (since all they have is copied content that is really poorly formatted by bots)? Thanks!

  Howdy, I just recently installed hyper-v server 2008 r2 on a dedicated server i have, but i'm having trouble enabling remote management. Running the HVRemote - http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/HVRemote - tool seems to have yielded some positive results, and all tests on the server pass (firewall, permissions, etc), but client-side things are not working.   I picked up a Ericsson W35 at a pawn shop the other day and when I login to the administration section at 192.168.1.1 I get an error message about connecting to the database. It apparently supports ssh administration and I get a password prompt when attempting to ssh [email protected] but no passwords I try work and theres no documentation for it. Has anyone had success with ssh on the Ericsson W35 and is this issue fixable? Thanks.

• created pub/priv keys using putty, created .ssh folder and authorized_keys, still not working

  created public/private keys using puttygen on my computer. put the public key in the .ssh/authorized_keys folder on the server setup pageant.exe to use the pk on my computer. when I run pageant, and connecting using putty it still asks me for my password. what am I missing? I did do a: chmod 700 on .ssh folder chmod 600 on authorized_keys file thanks!

• How to backup a networked drive?

  I have a networked drive (Iomega Media Drive). To be safe in case the drives crashes, I've decided to buy an additional networked drive (WD MyBook World). Now, how do I backup one onto the other continuously? The WD drive came with a backup software (trial version, they didn't say that when i bought it), however it doesn't allow me to select a networked drive, only local drives. Recovery console (wbadmin from command line too) is not finding any backup on local hard drive connected to server.
