• Changing the HTML of CKEditor form elements (in the dialog window)

  I'm trying to modify the HTML of the dialog boxes in CKEditor. The HTML inside each of those boxes is an absolute nightmare, and even worse, the source code is compressed and it's unclear what the path of execution is.   Hi, Not sure if I really am on the right forum, but if not, just tell me. I have a page that is coded in ASP (not .net) which is used to send email. We are currently having a problem in which the page seem to be sent twice sometime. Upon checking, we found out that those who have this problem are coming from big organisation, so it was suggested that their server might cache the file for some reason. I would like to know, is there a way in HTML (or ASP ) to prevent that from happening ? Or is it in IIS that we must set this up ? Thanks,

• Getting "select permission denied" when using LINQ but my account is a sysadmin

  I have a console app that's geared to be automatically ran as a Scheduled Task. I use LINQ to SQL to pull some data out of the database, format it into a CSV and email it to a client. All of a sudden I am getting the error "SELECT permission denied for table", but the account I'm using to connect to the database (specified in my app.config file) has the "sysadmin" server role (bad programmer, I know; I'll get around to changing it to a better account later but I want to make sure it works first). I can connect directly to the SQL database using that very same account and query the table in question without a problem, it only seems to be when using the LINQ code. Any idea what would be causing this?

  Hi, I have html: <div class="field-label"><label>Email: </label></div> <div class="field"><input class="input" ......></div> and piece of css: .field-label { clear:left; float:left; padding:0.5em; width:6em; } .field { padding:0.5em; } And it worked fine. But for some elements I wanted to apply following change: when I add width to .field class layout goes to blazes: element with .field class appears under element with field-label class. Container of whole form is width enough to hold elements with field-label & field class. Why is it happening, did I miss something in css basics? Thanks ,Pawel

• Want procmail to run a custom python script, everytime a new mail shows up

  I have a pretty usual requirement with procmail but I am unable to get the results somehow. I have procmailrc file with this content: :0 * ^To.*@myhost | /usr/bin/python /work/scripts/privilege_emails_forward.py Wherein my custom python script(privilege_emails_forward.py) will be scanning through the email currently received and do some operations on the mail content. But I am unable to get the script getting executed at the first shot(let alone scanning through the mail content). Is this a correct way of invoking an external program(python) as soon as new mail arrives? And how does my python program(privilege_emails_forward.py) will receive the mail as input? I mean as sys.argv or stdin????

• Exchange Server 2007 is altering href value

  I am creating an email going out to internal users with the following code that has a link to an internal directory: <a href="\\abc\123">\\abc\123</a> And for whatever reason, the mail that comes in shows: \\abc\123 and the link points to /abc/123 I am suspecting Exchange Server of somehow altering the mail message to make it less "dangerous", but I am really stuck here since this is a network address, going to internal users! When they click the link it doesn't show the directory. Any help would be much appreciated!

• JQuery response is null but actual response is not

  I'm using JQuery to make an Ajax call.   We've created a pretty standard issue tracking system based off of SharePoint's template with just a few extra columns. On the list view (AllItems.aspx), the first column is called "Issue ID" and has a number. Our developers and QC use that number in discussions. However, that number doesn't seem to want to show up on the detail form (DispForm.aspx) nor in the alert email. Can this field be included in at least one of these communication methods? If so, how?   Hi, I am using the PHPMailer Class from a website which sends confirmation of the user ajax upload to my client. This uses the mail.myclient.com SMTP Host. This is the same SMTP Host that my client uses for his outlook to check his emails. This email from the website gets sent without errors although I have received two emails from my client regarding Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender for the same address I have used to send confirmation emails out from. • Who to contact regarding DBD::Advantage & bugs

  I am in search of who specifically to contact at Sybase regarding Advantage Database Server's DBI driver, specifically DBD::Advantage. The only reference I can find is to one 'lancesc' in the README, but there are no references to a contact email, CPAN author etc. Inadvertantly I happened upon one StackOverflow user lancesc here. Would anyone happen to know who to contact regarding this? I do wish this was on CPAN. I've found a small bug regarding column quoting in the sql parser that they'd likely prefer to be made aware of.   on larger projects i use a simple bug tracking system that's designed to be used by clients i have a lot of trouble convincing clients to use it (they send bug reports via email) does anyone have any strategies they can suggested? also, i have been playing around with a theory as to why this is the case; it goes like this: asking a client to log a bug is like taking your car to a mechanic for a service, and the mechanic hands you the engine oil and says "here, pop that in". basically, the client has paid you to do the work, logging a bug sounds too much like work, so they want you to do it thoughts?

• jQuery Ajax: Copy - Paste thingy

  Hi everyone, I have a form where a check an input field for its value and then i do an Ajax call using the typewatch plugin ( a small little thing which detects that the user has stopped typing after a predefined interval ). It works great. As this field is a "coupon discount" in an order form, the value could be entered by copy pasting the "coupon code" from an email or something. It also works with Ctrl+C - Ctrl+V for Copy and paste but not when a user selects the text with the mouse, clicks copy from the context menu and then paste from this menu. Is there a way in jQuery to check for this kind of behaviour in jQuery somehow?
