    I know I'm being lazy here and I should trawl the header files for myself, but what are the actual types for LPARAM and WPARAM parameters? Are they pointers, or four byte ints? I'm doing some C# interop code and want to be sure I get it working on x64 systems.

  • Can the Windows Phone 7 Series emulator be made to run on Windows XP?

    Well thats all there is to it...is this possible? I understand that officially it's not supported but has anyone figured it out? I have some work to do where XP would be the preferred platform. I would expect that users of the actual device are not required to use Windows 7 so it stands to reason that this can be done. Any poitners in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.     Is there any examples of a company that was burned by floating point data that caused a rounding issue? We're implementing a new system and all the monetary values are stored in floats. I think if i can show actual examples of why this has failed it'll have more weight than the theory of why the values can't be stored properly.

    I use ckeditor with a default content. Then I initialize (replace textarea) CKEditor with jquery and I edit the text. The problem is that var data = $( 'textarea.editor' ).val(); returns default content and also getData(). What I have to do to grab the actual content?     Hey guys! Any Alfresco experts out there? I have created a document type in Alfresco and am trying to associate it with an image -- Somehow. I don't really mind how it's done - an image uploader in the metadata section when saving the actual document would be nice, but I can live with having to upload the image first and then associating it somehow with the document. URL:" I want to know how to get the actual status code and message in fault event.

    When I'm doing a tortoise svn merge, it includes a bunch of directories, and some files into the modified files, even know there are no actual changes. It changes the property svn:mergeinfo Is there any reason why these properties set on the directory/files are needed? Is there any way to get around not doing these changes to svn:mergeinfo? I usually just revert the items then commit, but this wastes extra time

I have a date, that is converted to mm-dd-yyyy when posting it to mysql i have re-ordered it to yyyy-mm-dd but yet it still will not insert $date = date("Y-m-d", strtotime($_POST['leaving_date']) ); any advice?     Hi all, I switch between my iMac and MacBook when working on my apps. I've always used my iMac to test the apps on the actual device, but I would like to be able to do this from both computers. I cannot seem to use the profile on my MacBook as it does not have the correct Certificate Signing Request in the KeyChain. Is there a way to copy these between machines and KeyChains? :)

  • Cannot get Request.Form by name in ASP.NET

    I have an ASP.NET page which utilizes jQuery for an autocomplete-type scenario. The jQuery tucks the actual selected values into a hidden field it creates on the fly, but for some reason I cannot get the value of that standard HTML field on postback by calling Request.Form["HiddenFieldName"]. I can see it by ordinal in the Request.Form object, but if I add/remove controls it will break. Any suggestions?

  • Rails Testing Question

    Hi, I am trying to test a functionality, which inserts few details into the DB. In the test.log, it shows the insert command that is generated and also the log messages that I have placed to show the progress and everything seems to be working fine except the actual data is not getting inserted into the DB. I am checking whether data is inserted in db/test.sqlite3. No exception is generated when the test cases are run. Is there a setting, which I have to set inorder to insert data into the test DB? or am i missing anything else Thanks
