  • Unity 3D Not working where as Unity 2D works fine [closed]

    - by Stephen Martin
I updated from 11.10 to 12.04 using the distribution upgrade, after that I couldn't log into using the Unity 3D desktop after logging in I would either never get unity's launcher or I would get the launcher and once I tried to do anything the windows lost their decoration and nothing would respond. If I use Unity 2D it works fine and in fact I'm using it to type this. I managed to get some info out of dmesg that looks like it's the route of whats happening. dmesg: [ 109.160165] [drm:i915_hangcheck_elapsed] *ERROR* Hangcheck timer elapsed... • Sector bancario, un reto de transformación tecnológica

    - by Fabian Gradolph

  • Ajax Autocomplete Extender

    - by Jason Ulloa
Web.Script.Services.ScriptService()] [WebService(Namespace = "http://tempuri.org/")] [WebServiceBinding(ConformsTo = WsiProfiles.BasicProfile1_1)] public class WebService : System.Web.Services.WebService {}   Ahora si, nuestro metodo principal [WebMethod()] [System.Web.Script.Services.ScriptMethod()] public string[] PersonasInfo(string prefixText, int count) { string connstring = ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStrings["LocalSqlServer"].ConnectionString;   using (SqlConnection conn = new SqlConnection(connstring)) { SqlCommand comando = new SqlCommand("select nombre from personas where nombre LIKE '%' + @param + '%' ", conn); comando.Parameters.AddWithValue("@param", prefixText); SqlDataReader dr = default(SqlDataReader); comando.Connection.Open(); dr = comando.ExecuteReader(); List<string> items = new List<string>();   while (dr.Read()) { items.Add(dr["nombre"].ToString()); } comando.Connection.Close(); return items.

  • Cannot add Authorization field to HttpsUrlConnection in order to complete Basic authentication

    - by ES
Hi, I'm using the Sun API HttpsURLConnection class, and have been trying for a day now to get it to send a simple request: URL url = new URL("https://thirdpartyserver.com/somelocation"); connection = (HttpsURLConnection)url.openConnection(); connection.setDoOutput(true); connection.setRequestMethod("POST"); if (doAuthorization) { Base64Converter converter = new Base64Converter(); connection.setRequestProperty("Authorization", "Basic " + converter.encode("username:password")); } OutputStreamWriter writer = new OutputStreamWriter(connection.getOutputStream()); writer.write("param1=100&param2=hello"); writer.flush(); writer.close(); I keep getting 401 from the third part server. When I look at the connection through the debugger, the method shows up as GET even though I set it to POST; the collection of request properties shows up as null. If I print the values out, the method shows up as POST, but the request parameters collection is still empty. I would love to be able to print the request and understand what's going on, but I could not figure out how to print the content of an output buffer. Any ideas? Thanks! ES

  • Mejores prácticas de Recursos Humanos: Cross Company Mentoring

    - by Fabian Gradolph

  • News, Perspektiven und jede Menge Gesprächsstoff - Der Oracle Partner Day 2012

    - by A&C Redaktion

  • In an Entity-Component-System Engine, How do I deal with groups of dependent entities?

    - by John Daniels
After going over a few game design patterns, I have settle with Entity-Component-System (ES System) for my game engine. I've reading articles (mainly T=Machine) and review some source code and I think I got enough to get started. There is just one basic idea I am struggling with. How do I deal with groups of entities that are dependent on each other? Let me use an example: Assume I am making a standard overhead shooter (think Jamestown) and I want to construct a "boss entity" with multiple distinct but connected parts. The break down might look like something like this: Ship body: Movement, Rendering Cannon: Position (locked relative to the Ship body), Tracking\Fire at hero, Taking Damage until disabled Core: Position (locked relative to the Ship body), Tracking\Fire at hero, Taking Damage until disabled, Disabling (er...destroying) all other entities in the ship group My goal would be something that would be identified (and manipulated) as a distinct game element without having to rewrite subsystem form the ground up every time I want to build a new aggregate Element. How do I implement this kind of design in ES System? Do I implement some kind of parent-child entity relationship (entities can have children)? This seems to contradict the methodology that Entities are just empty container and makes it feel more OOP. Do I implement them as separate entities, with some kind of connecting Component (BossComponent) and related system (BossSubSystem)? I can't help but think that this will be hard to implement since how components communicate seem to be a big bear trap. Do I implement them as one Entity, with a collection of components (ShipComponent, CannonComponents, CoreComponent)? This one seems to veer way of the ES System intent (components here seem too much like heavy weight entities), but I'm know to this so I figured I would put that out there. Do I implement them as something else I have mentioned? I know that this can be implemented very easily in OOP, but my choosing ES over OOP is one that I will stick with. If I need to break with pure ES theory to implement this design I will (not like I haven't had to compromise pure design before), but I would prefer to do that for performance reason rather than start with bad design. For extra credit, think of the same design but, each of the "boss entities" were actually connected to a larger "BigBoss entity" made of a main body, main core and 3 "Boss Entities". This would let me see a solution for at least 3 dimensions (grandparent-parent-child)...which should be more than enough for me. Links to articles or example code would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

  • Plan Caching and Query Memory Part II (Hash Match) – When not to use stored procedure - Most common performance mistake SQL Server developers make.

    - by sqlworkshops
SQL Server estimates Memory requirement at compile time, when stored procedure or other plan caching mechanisms like sp_executesql or prepared statement are used, the memory requirement is estimated based on first set of execution parameters. This is a common reason for spill over tempdb and hence poor performance. Common memory allocating queries are that perform Sort and do Hash Match operations like Hash Join or Hash Aggregation or Hash Union. This article covers Hash Match operations with examples. It is recommended to read Plan Caching and Query Memory Part I before this article which covers an introduction and Query memory for Sort. In most cases it is cheaper to pay for the compilation cost of dynamic queries than huge cost for spill over tempdb, unless memory requirement for a query does not change significantly based on predicates.   This article covers underestimation / overestimation of memory for Hash Match operation. Plan Caching and Query Memory Part I covers underestimation / overestimation for Sort. It is important to note that underestimation of memory for Sort and Hash Match operations lead to spill over tempdb and hence negatively impact performance. Overestimation of memory affects the memory needs of other concurrently executing queries. In addition, it is important to note, with Hash Match operations, overestimation of memory can actually lead to poor performance.   To read additional articles I wrote click here.   The best way to learn is to practice. To create the below tables and reproduce the behavior, join the mailing list by using this link: www.sqlworkshops.com/ml and I will send you the table creation script. Most of these concepts are also covered in our webcasts: www.sqlworkshops.com/webcasts  Let’s create a Customer’s State table that has 99% of customers in NY and the rest 1% in WA.Customers table used in Part I of this article is also used here.To observe Hash Warning, enable 'Hash Warning' in SQL Profiler under Events 'Errors and Warnings'. --Example provided by www.sqlworkshops.com drop table CustomersState go create table CustomersState (CustomerID int primary key, Address char(200), State char(2)) go insert into CustomersState (CustomerID, Address) select CustomerID, 'Address' from Customers update CustomersState set State = 'NY' where CustomerID % 100 != 1 update CustomersState set State = 'WA' where CustomerID % 100 = 1 go update statistics CustomersState with fullscan go   Let’s create a stored procedure that joins customers with CustomersState table with a predicate on State. --Example provided by www.sqlworkshops.com create proc CustomersByState @State char(2) as begin declare @CustomerID int select @CustomerID = e.CustomerID from Customers e inner join CustomersState es on (e.CustomerID = es.CustomerID) where es.State = @State option (maxdop 1) end go  Let’s execute the stored procedure first with parameter value ‘WA’ – which will select 1% of data. set statistics time on go --Example provided by www.sqlworkshops.com exec CustomersByState 'WA' goThe stored procedure took 294 ms to complete.  The stored procedure was granted 6704 KB based on 8000 rows being estimated.  The estimated number of rows, 8000 is similar to actual number of rows 8000 and hence the memory estimation should be ok.  There was no Hash Warning in SQL Profiler. To observe Hash Warning, enable 'Hash Warning' in SQL Profiler under Events 'Errors and Warnings'.   Now let’s execute the stored procedure with parameter value ‘NY’ – which will select 99% of data. -Example provided by www.sqlworkshops.com exec CustomersByState 'NY' go  The stored procedure took 2922 ms to complete.   The stored procedure was granted 6704 KB based on 8000 rows being estimated.    The estimated number of rows, 8000 is way different from the actual number of rows 792000 because the estimation is based on the first set of parameter value supplied to the stored procedure which is ‘WA’ in our case. This underestimation will lead to spill over tempdb, resulting in poor performance.   There was Hash Warning (Recursion) in SQL Profiler. To observe Hash Warning, enable 'Hash Warning' in SQL Profiler under Events 'Errors and Warnings'.   Let’s recompile the stored procedure and then let’s first execute the stored procedure with parameter value ‘NY’.  In a production instance it is not advisable to use sp_recompile instead one should use DBCC FREEPROCCACHE (plan_handle). This is due to locking issues involved with sp_recompile, refer to our webcasts, www.sqlworkshops.com/webcasts for further details.   exec sp_recompile CustomersByState go --Example provided by www.sqlworkshops.com exec CustomersByState 'NY' go  Now the stored procedure took only 1046 ms instead of 2922 ms.   The stored procedure was granted 146752 KB of memory. The estimated number of rows, 792000 is similar to actual number of rows of 792000. Better performance of this stored procedure execution is due to better estimation of memory and avoiding spill over tempdb.   There was no Hash Warning in SQL Profiler.   Now let’s execute the stored procedure with parameter value ‘WA’. --Example provided by www.sqlworkshops.com exec CustomersByState 'WA' go  The stored procedure took 351 ms to complete, higher than the previous execution time of 294 ms.    This stored procedure was granted more memory (146752 KB) than necessary (6704 KB) based on parameter value ‘NY’ for estimation (792000 rows) instead of parameter value ‘WA’ for estimation (8000 rows). This is because the estimation is based on the first set of parameter value supplied to the stored procedure which is ‘NY’ in this case. This overestimation leads to poor performance of this Hash Match operation, it might also affect the performance of other concurrently executing queries requiring memory and hence overestimation is not recommended.     The estimated number of rows, 792000 is much more than the actual number of rows of 8000.  Intermediate Summary: This issue can be avoided by not caching the plan for memory allocating queries. Other possibility is to use recompile hint or optimize for hint to allocate memory for predefined data range.Let’s recreate the stored procedure with recompile hint. --Example provided by www.sqlworkshops.com drop proc CustomersByState go create proc CustomersByState @State char(2) as begin declare @CustomerID int select @CustomerID = e.CustomerID from Customers e inner join CustomersState es on (e.CustomerID = es.CustomerID) where es.State = @State option (maxdop 1, recompile) end go  Let’s execute the stored procedure initially with parameter value ‘WA’ and then with parameter value ‘NY’. --Example provided by www.sqlworkshops.com exec CustomersByState 'WA' go exec CustomersByState 'NY' go  The stored procedure took 297 ms and 1102 ms in line with previous optimal execution times.   The stored procedure with parameter value ‘WA’ has good estimation like before.   Estimated number of rows of 8000 is similar to actual number of rows of 8000.   The stored procedure with parameter value ‘NY’ also has good estimation and memory grant like before because the stored procedure was recompiled with current set of parameter values.  Estimated number of rows of 792000 is similar to actual number of rows of 792000.    The compilation time and compilation CPU of 1 ms is not expensive in this case compared to the performance benefit.   There was no Hash Warning in SQL Profiler.   Let’s recreate the stored procedure with optimize for hint of ‘NY’. --Example provided by www.sqlworkshops.com drop proc CustomersByState go create proc CustomersByState @State char(2) as begin declare @CustomerID int select @CustomerID = e.CustomerID from Customers e inner join CustomersState es on (e.CustomerID = es.CustomerID) where es.State = @State option (maxdop 1, optimize for (@State = 'NY')) end go  Let’s execute the stored procedure initially with parameter value ‘WA’ and then with parameter value ‘NY’. --Example provided by www.sqlworkshops.com exec CustomersByState 'WA' go exec CustomersByState 'NY' go  The stored procedure took 353 ms with parameter value ‘WA’, this is much slower than the optimal execution time of 294 ms we observed previously. This is because of overestimation of memory. The stored procedure with parameter value ‘NY’ has optimal execution time like before.   The stored procedure with parameter value ‘WA’ has overestimation of rows because of optimize for hint value of ‘NY’.   Unlike before, more memory was estimated to this stored procedure based on optimize for hint value ‘NY’.    The stored procedure with parameter value ‘NY’ has good estimation because of optimize for hint value of ‘NY’. Estimated number of rows of 792000 is similar to actual number of rows of 792000.   Optimal amount memory was estimated to this stored procedure based on optimize for hint value ‘NY’.   There was no Hash Warning in SQL Profiler. Summary: Cached plan might lead to underestimation or overestimation of memory because the memory is estimated based on first set of execution parameters. It is recommended not to cache the plan if the amount of memory required to execute the stored procedure has a wide range of possibilities. One can mitigate this by using recompile hint, but that will lead to compilation overhead. However, in most cases it might be ok to pay for compilation rather than spilling sort over tempdb which could be very expensive compared to compilation cost. The other possibility is to use optimize for hint, but in case one sorts more data than hinted by optimize for hint, this will still lead to spill. On the other side there is also the possibility of overestimation leading to unnecessary memory issues for other concurrently executing queries. In case of Hash Match operations, this overestimation of memory might lead to poor performance. When the values used in optimize for hint are archived from the database, the estimation will be wrong leading to worst performance, so one has to exercise caution before using optimize for hint, recompile hint is better in this case.   I explain these concepts with detailed examples in my webcasts (www.sqlworkshops.com/webcasts), I recommend you to watch them. • How Can I Set Up a "Where" Statement with a PHP Array

    - by Ryan
    Am I able to apply "where" statements to PHP arrays, similar to how I would be able to apply a "where" statement to a MySQL query? For example, suppose I have the following array: $recordset = array( array('host' => 1, 'country' => 'fr', 'year' => 2010, 'month' => 1, 'clicks' => 123, 'users' => 4), array('host' => 1, 'country' => 'fr', 'year' => 2010, 'month' => 2, 'clicks' => 134, 'users' => 5), array('host' => 1, 'country' => 'fr', 'year' => 2010, 'month' => 3, 'clicks' => 341, 'users' => 2), array('host' => 1, 'country' => 'es', 'year' => 2010, 'month' => 1, 'clicks' => 113, 'users' => 4), array('host' => 1, 'country' => 'es', 'year' => 2010, 'month' => 2, 'clicks' => 234, 'users' => 5), array('host' => 1, 'country' => 'es', 'year' => 2010, 'month' => 3, 'clicks' => 421, 'users' => 2), array('host' => 1, 'country' => 'es', 'year' => 2010, 'month' => 4, 'clicks' => 22, 'users' => 3), array('host' => 2, 'country' => 'es', 'year' => 2010, 'month' => 1, 'clicks' => 111, 'users' => 2), array('host' => 2, 'country' => 'es', 'year' => 2010, 'month' => 2, 'clicks' => 2, 'users' => 4), array('host' => 3, 'country' => 'es', 'year' => 2010, 'month' => 3, 'clicks' => 34, 'users' => 2), array('host' => 3, 'country' => 'es', 'year' => 2010, 'month' => 4, 'clicks' => 1, 'users' => 1),); How can I limit the output to only show the keys and values related to 'host' 1 and 'country' fr? Any help would be great.

    - by Fekete Zoltán
Holnap, kedden az Adattárház Fórum 2010 rendezvényen egy érdekes eloadásban fog beszélni Jon Mead, a Rittman Mead Consulting egyik alapítója arról, hogyan használja az egyik vezeto egy brit kiskereskedelmi cég az Oracle Exadata / Database Machine rendszert az adattárházának sikeres, nagy teljesítményu muködösének. Az adattárház alapja, az Oracle Database tehát az Exadata platformon fut: Using Exadata in the Retail Sector: a Case Study. Ez az eloadás 15:10-kor kezdodik. 10:10-kor kezdodik a Szállítói kerekasztal, amin jómagam is részt veszek az Oracle oldaláról. Amirol beszélni fogok: Hogyan látja az Oracle az adattárházak fejlodését, és hogyan látja a világ az Oracle-t. 12:00-tól Fisher Erik, Sun fog érdekes eloadást tartani: Amit a hardverekrol mindig tudni szerettél volna címmel az adattárházakhoz használható hardverekrol. Itt is ki fog térni az Exadata / Database Machine megoldásban alkalmazott Smart Flash Cache alapját képezo Flash kártyákra is és a "hagyományos" :) tranzakciós, DW és más rendszerekben használható SSD diszkekre is. 10:20-kor a CERN eloadása kerül reflektorfénybe: From Tera Electronvolts to Terabytes - Physics Databases at CERN címmel. A CERN mindig is extrém felhasználója volt a technológiának, a határokat feszegetve és ezeket innovatív megoldásokkal kezelve.

  • Letöltheto az Oracle Database Firewall 5.0

    - by Lajos Sárecz

    - by jaullo
Private req As New RegularExpressionValidator     Private mstrmensaje As String = "Número de Tarjeta Invalido"     Public Property MensajeError() As String         Get             Return mstrmensaje         End Get         Set(ByVal value As String)             mstrmensaje = value         End Set     End Property   Ahora definimos el metodo OnInit de nuestro control, en el cual asignaremos las propiedad e inicializaremos nuestras funciones    Protected Overrides Sub OnInit(ByVal e As System.EventArgs)         req.ControlToValidate = MyBase.ID         req.ErrorMessage = mstrmensaje         req.Display = ValidatorDisplay.Dynamic         req.ValidationExpression = "^(\d{4}-){3}\d{4}$|^(\d{4} ){3}\d{4}$|^\d{16}$"         Controls.Add(New LiteralControl("&nbsp;"))         Controls.Add(req)         MyBase.

  • What's the term for re-implementing an old API in terms of a newer API

    - by dodgy_coder
The reason for doing it is to solve the case when a newer API is no longer backwards compatible with an older API. To explain, just say that there is an old API v1.0. The maker of this API decides it is broken and works on a new API v1.1 that intentionally breaks compatibility with the old API v1.0. Now, any programs written against the old API cannot be recompiled as-is with the new API. Then lets say there is a large app written against the old API and the developer doesn't have access to the source code. A solution would be to re-implement a "custom" old API v1.0 in terms of the new API v1.1 calls. So the "custom" v1.0 API is actually keeping the same interface/methods as the v1.0 API but inside its implementation it is actually making calls to the new API v1.1 methods. So the large app can be then compiled and linked against the "custom" v1.0 API and the new v1.1 API without any major source code changes. Is there a term for this practice? There's a recent example of this happening in Jamie Zawinski's port of XScreenSaver to the iPhone - he re-implemented the OpenGL 1.3 API in terms of the OpenGL ES 1.1 API. In this case, OpenGL 1.3 represents the "old" API and OpenGL ES 1.1 represents the "new" API.

  • Gnome 3 - Multiple Video Cards - Xinerama -- Forced Fallback Mode

    - by Alvin
Just installed a 2nd nvidia video card -- previously had gnome 3 working perfectly with 2 monitors on a a single video card using twinview tried a number of things thus far twinview on 1 card + xinerama no xinerama no twinview various manual xorg.conf hacks based on random forums (couple references below) xinerama no twinview with and without Extensions Composite The last one is what I'm using now -- it results in a forced fallback mode with Composite Disable set at the end of xorg.conf via nvidia-settings Section "Extensions" Option "Composite" "Disable" EndSection when I disabled that last snippet it boots to gnome 3 full with the left monitor on a black screen and the middle monitor as primary but non-responsive switching to console mode Ctrl+Alt+F1 and then switching back I get 3 black screens with a mouse that can move around but nothing to interact with issue seems related to OpenGL and the multiple video cards -- I can boot into Unity without issue though my Glx-Dock shows up with the black background as barely shows in the screenshot below indicating the OpenGL is not initiated has anyone had any luck with getting Xinerama to work with Multiple NVidia Video Cards with OpenGL support? Found this in the logs while looking a bit further [ 23.208] (II) NVIDIA(1): Setting mode "nvidia-auto-select+0+0" [ 23.254] (WW) NVIDIA(1): The GPU driving screen 1 is incompatible with the rest of the [ 23.254] (WW) NVIDIA(1): GPUs composing the desktop. OpenGL rendering will be [ 23.254] (WW) NVIDIA(1): disabled on screen 1. [ 23.277] (==) NVIDIA(1): Disabling shared memory pixmaps [ 23.277] (==) NVIDIA(1): Backing store disabled [ 23.277] (==) NVIDIA(1): Silken mouse enabled [ 23.277] (==) NVIDIA(1): DPMS enabled According to this page at the NVidia User Docs http://us.download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86/173.14.09/README/chapter-14.html I may be out of luck =( Starting this question with the hopes that others may be able to help debug and perhaps gain answers over time as I really want to get the full gnome 3 back.

  • Emulator PCSX Reloaded - Fullscreen not working on Unity

    - by Leonardo Montenegro
I have an older PS1 console with a couple of games I bought some years ago. On my pc, I'm using PCSX Reloaded - the best PS1 emulators for Linux I found so far. But I'm having a little issue on Ubuntu 12.04 Precise. I'm using Unity 3D and I'm trying to run some of my original PS1 games on PCSX Reloaded. Everything works nicely, except for fullscreen. I toggle fullscreen and specify maximum resolution for my monitor, but on fullscreen mode, both left and top unity bars aren't getting hidden. I tried changing between other graphic modes like Gnome Classic and Gnome Classic w/o Effects. On both, PCSX shows bars in fullscreen mode, so it isn't an Unity-specific issue, but an emulator problem. It's a bit annoying play games this way, so basically I'm running games on window mode for now. I'm using default OpenGL graphic plugin on this emulator. I tried changing to X11 graphic plugin and fullscreen worked, but graphics on X11 plugin aren't as good as OpenGL one. Anyone know a way to get fullscreen working on PCSX using OpenGL plugin? Or maybe another graphic plugin w/ OpenGL support.

  • GDM locale problems

    - by Simón
    I have two problems with GDM on Ubuntu 10.04. The first is with locales. In my system I have defined: $ cat /etc/environment PATH="/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games" LANG="es_ES.UTF-8" LANGUAGE="es_ES:es:en_US:en" $ cat /etc/default/locale LANG="es_ES.UTF-8" LANGUAGE="es_ES:es:en_US:en" $ cat /var/lib/locales/supported.d/local es_ES UTF-8 es_ES.UTF-8 UTF-8 en_US UTF-8 en_US.UTF-8 UTF-8 But when I enter in gnome desktop: $ locale LANG=es_ES LANGUAGE=es_ES:es:en_US:en LC_CTYPE="es_ES" LC_NUMERIC="es_ES" LC_TIME="es_ES" LC_COLLATE="es_ES" LC_MONETARY="es_ES" LC_MESSAGES="es_ES" LC_PAPER="es_ES" LC_NAME="es_ES" LC_ADDRESS="es_ES" LC_TELEPHONE="es_ES" LC_MEASUREMENT="es_ES" LC_IDENTIFICATION="es_ES" LC_ALL= I have deleted ~/.dmrc and I have restarted the system but nothing. GDM login screen also doesn't permit change this setting. However, in the text terminals (tty1,...): $ locale LANG=es_ES.UTF-8 LANGUAGE=es_ES:es:en_US:en LC_CTYPE="es_ES.UTF-8" LC_NUMERIC="es_ES.UTF-8" LC_TIME="es_ES.UTF-8" LC_COLLATE="es_ES.UTF-8" LC_MONETARY="es_ES.UTF-8" LC_MESSAGES="es_ES.UTF-8" LC_PAPER="es_ES.UTF-8" LC_NAME="es_ES.UTF-8" LC_ADDRESS="es_ES.UTF-8" LC_TELEPHONE="es_ES.UTF-8" LC_MEASUREMENT="es_ES.UTF-8" LC_IDENTIFICATION="es_ES.UTF-8" LC_ALL= The solution to problem is to edit .drmc file, but I think this isn't the right way. Why doesn't GDM read/apply the system locales? Why don't I see, in GDM login screen, the box to change the locale?

    - by user552636
Bevallom, Ügyfeleink bejelentéseinek monitorozása közben nem egyszer gondolkodóba estem, mit is jelentenek a PSE, MLR, One-off, és további gyönyöruséges kifejezések, melyeket a támogató mérnökök használnak. Nemrégiben bukkantam rá a My Oracle Suport-on a  Document ID 1430923.1 cikkre, melyben ezen kifejezések magyarázatát át tudjuk tekinteni. Szerencsére a leírásban szerepelnek a korábbi kifejezések is, mert én úgy látom vannak támogató mérnökök akik egyelore még a régi elnevezéseket használják. Ha már a javításokról esik szó, szeretném felhívni a figyelmet az Oracle Tech Error Correction Policy document-re is, mely nagyszeru áttekintést ad az Oracle bug javítási irányelveirol. Ebben a dokumentumban megtalálhatjuk a Release Schedule of Current Database Releases (Doc ID 742060.1)  és  Error Correction Support Timelines for Oracle Application Server (Fusion Middleware) (Doc ID 944866.1) cikkek hivatkozásait is melyeken belül akár az Adatbázis és Fusion Middleware termékek roadmap-jéig is eljuthatunk. Érdemes ezeket a cikkeket a My Oracle Support felületen kedvencnek megjelölni, hogy bármikor könnyedén elérhetok legyenek. A számunkra hasznos cikket a kedvencek közé a cikk címe melletti csillagra kattintva tehetjük kedvenceink közé és következo alkalommal a menüsorban talál csillagra kattintva varázsolhatjuk elo az alábbi képernyo részletek szerint.

  • Wer kennt Oracle Label Security?

    - by Heinz-Wilhelm Fabry (DBA Community)
