  • nothing in dev folder

    hi, i'm new to this so bear with me plz. im attempting to set up git on my mac and need to be using my dev folder. however, there seems to be nothing in my folder ("zero KB on disk") with no sub directories listed. other hidden directories are intact. i've never really gone this deep into things before so i'm not sure how/why anything would previously have been deleted. any help greatly appreciated.

    Hi, I've just purchased 2 HP compaq 610s and both have the same problem, that the fan is constantly on and the base is fairly hot. HP assures me that this is unusual and that I should return them as DOA. Becasue both laptops have this issue, I think that it may be a design flaw rather than a one off problem. Can any 610 owners comment? Is their fan constantly on too?

I tried packaging the KitchenSink app, but it came up with packaging error. On different machines %appdata% will point to different physical locations. So I want to move the location to a common one that I use to synchronize other stuff.
