• installing SNMP in Windows x32 Customized Image

  I'm working in a environment of 40 machines, I've already installed snmp in 38 machines normally, but 2 of them appear to have been installed with a customized windows image, there is no OptionalFeatures, there is no ocsetup.exe, so I could not able to install SNMP. I tried to copy OptionalFeatures and ocsetup from another machine, but it don't work. For now I cannot simple format these two computer, it's possible to install it using another way?   I am looking to create a custom boot DVD to run my unattended installs of windows 2008. I would like to have a menu system that lets the tech select what version of the OS they would like to install and version (x86/x64). I know you can run the windows 2008 setup, and exit to command prompt, but I would like there to just be a menu that will kick off whichever script needed. What would be the best way to do this? • Apache: Limit the Number of Requests/Traffic per IP?

  I would like to only allow one IP to use up to, say 1GB, of traffic per day, and if that limit is exceeded, all requests from that IP are then dropped until the next day. However, a more simple solution where the connection is dropped after a certain amount of requests would suffice. Is there already some sort of module that can do this? Or perhaps I can achieve this through something like iptables? Thanks

  I have just added a MBP to my home network and while I can connect to the internet etc, i cannot browse my home networked computers. I have already added a new location in my Network preferences yet when I goto the WINS tab, there is no dropdown to select my workgroup so i manually enter it. From what I have read, once I go to the finder and open the network, i should see the workgroup and systems...yet i do not. Any suggestions? Thanks.

• Pinta crashes on load in Windows 7 x64 Home Premium

  Unfortunately I can't really give much more information unless anybody can suggest where I should look for logs or dumps etc? Simply put, when I load the program I immediately get the error "Pinta Has Stopped Working". I have tried: Running as administrator Installing to different partitions Installing to folders with no spaces in directory structure I have installed the GTK# for .Net 2.12.9 as required in order to install Pinta.   Hi, I'm running ubuntu 9.10 which has gcc4 (libstdc++6) installed, and I need to install a program that requires libstdc++5 that comes with gcc3. I don't see gcc-3 listed when I run "apt-cache search" so: Is it necessary to install gcc-3 to achieve libstdc++5 ? If so where can I get it ? Is there a way to install just libstdc++5 Would a soft link to libstdc++6 do or is it not recommended ? Thanks

Browsing the "All Messages" panel of the Console app I noticed this line: 10/27/13 3:38:03.000 PM kernel: 5.106.198.19 Since I did not recognize that IP I did a whois and to my surprise found out that it points to Eurolan Solutions in Romania. So my question is why is my Mac 10.7.5 contacting Romania and how can I stop this from happening? Many thanks
