  I'm currently P2Ving over my 2003 exchange server and would like to know the best way to use the synchronization feature? I already P2V'd this server over about 5 times and had great success without any outages of service etc. I would like to set it up where just as it finishes the full clone that it starts synchronizing the change automatically.   Dear, When i login to windows using domain user account, it take a min show welcome and then automatically logoff. I think user profile error, so login with the administrator account and create new local account. When i login using the local user account, it happened the same as domain user account. Only Administrator Level can login to windows. Any know how can i fix this case? Thanks

I don't see gcc-3 listed when I run "apt-cache search" so: Is it necessary to install gcc-3 to achieve libstdc++5 ? If so where can I get it ? Is there a way to install just libstdc++5 Would a soft link to libstdc++6 do or is it not recommended ? Thanks

  I just used Onyx to clean out my caches and log files after which I did a reboot. Browsing the "All Messages" panel of the Console app I noticed this line: 10/27/13 3:38:03.000 PM kernel: 5.106.198.19 Since I did not recognize that IP I did a whois and to my surprise found out that it points to Eurolan Solutions in Romania. So my question is why is my Mac 10.7.5 contacting Romania and how can I stop this from happening? Many thanks

  When I am trying to connect to a MySQL database from a remote computer I get a prompt saying: Connection Failed: [HY000] [MySQL][ODBC 5.1 Driver]Can't Connect to MySQL server on 'XXX.XXX.XX.XX' (10060) I have created a user account in the MySQL Administrator and added a host to enable remote access, I have also made an exception for my Windows Firewall on port 3306 but the connection still fails.   I want to RDP to Windows 2003 servers, but if I use the default RDP client under Linux, I have only 16 or 256 colors, instead of the 16-bit colors. The display is also very slow.
